Leaving L.I.

Hello all,

Yesterday was my last day at 107 Liquors and as I'm a tiny bit sad to be leaving I am also very happy and cannot stop thinking about the opportunity in front of me. A few friends came over to my polish families house where I have been living for the past month. Thank you Patryk for taking me in, thank you to his lovely mother who made sure I was eating until very recently I had thought my life was spiraling down with nothing to save it. Pat, you and your family did help save it. Thank you to Fry, Christie, Matt, Paul, Pra, and Travis for coming over to bid me adieu it was very nice seeing all of you one last time. I am now sitting here in my room all my stuff packed waiting to get in a car and leave L.I.

This is not goodbye however, "Never say goodbye because goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting.," (J.M. Barrie) this is just time for me to vanish for a bit and go where I have never gone before. To fly off first to the western waters of Alaska, it will be an awfully wonderful adventure. So if you care to find me look to the western sky, till the middle of Augustish when I will be trekking all the way over to Ireland Scotland France and England.  Yes I did just put ideas from Wicked and Peter Pan together, and I love the fact that I could do that.

Hey Chris if you ever read this know that I will miss not being at your wedding. I'm sorry I have to miss it but this is where my life can really start, who would EVER turn down a chance to do what I'm doing, no one in their right mind that is for sure.

Alright I'm done for now, I think, I might right some when I reach my hometown, yep... I will be "finding my roots" over the next... two weeks ish. Thank you to all my friends and "family" on L.I. you have been there for me through this now passing phase of my life and will always be in my heart. I will come back to visit and we all know one day I'll live in NYC, no doubt about that.

“But the wild things cried, “Oh please don’t go - we’ll eat you up - we love you so!”
And Max said, “No!”
The wild things roared their terrible roars and gnashed their terrible teeth and rolled their terrible eyes and showed their terrible claws but Max stepped into his private boat and waved goodbye.”
Maurice Sendak

I shall see you all again my Wild Things....
